Next, Analyzer can merge the data into its database so that reports can be run and the data

analyzed. Analyzer is invoked, the inventory files are merged into the database, and then the on-

line compatibility database is checked. If for any reason the Internet cannot be reached, the

compatibility database is not checked. This error is not critical—the compatibility check can be

performed later. To ensure success, make sure that the Internet can be reached from the

computer running the tool, and then continue. Analyzer displays the files it is merging into the

database with a screen similar to the following:
