Chat messages and questions

Sending chat messages

Examples of using chat:

• Attendees can have a discussion during a meeting.

• Attendees ask the presenter questions during a one-to-many presentation.

Chat messages may be sent to:

• Presenter

• Individual attendees

To send a chat message:

1. In the Attendees pane, right-click the attendee or presenter you wish to chat with.

2. Select Chat.

3. Enter your question or comment in the text box.

4. Click Send. The text box appears at the top of the screen.
